At the Dragons attack the image simply faded away, the Warlock no longer saw the need to keep it up. Moving through one of dozens secret passages the cloaked figure made his way to the outside of the fortress avoiding the invaders as he did so. At that moment the Demon Lord landed in the courtyard. His dark and powerful form looked around at the foolish people before him. His eyes moved slowly from the Dragon boy to the girl who held his key to victory. His voice deep and powerful he called out, "Hand over the book girl and I'll let you and your friends live, defy me and I promise nothing but death," his voice calm and level. Sirigoth was beyond yelling, ranting and storming. His furry was that of a cold killer, he would destroy each of them without a second thought. He was the Lord of this realm, they would be nothing to him. Moving purposefully he made his way toward the girl, his sword, and shield at the ready. "No one need die today, just hand it over."

Razgriz dashed in front of the elven woman and pointed his halberd towards Sirigoth.
"As I thought. Your lackey was in there casting an illusion, hm?" growled out the voice of Razgriz. He spun his halberd and relaxed his body.
"Weak... you didn't even defeat Zephius, did you. Laughable worm. Like a dog come to get his bone, you leave the cat." he uttered, brushing the hair from his eyes and shrugging nonchalantly.
He extended his wings to max span while he was in his humanoid form and stared up at the Demon Lord. He surveyed the sight before him, looking at the finer points of the armor and equipment. It wasn't completely unharmed, and thus left him a few areas in which to attack for maximum damage.
He noticed Hiro join the fray and nodded to the young boy to reinforce the option that he was staying behind to fight the Demon Lord.
"Come then, mighty Sirigoth. Come and show us what a dog can do." yelled out Razgriz, covering himself with his cloak again. "Not worthy of seeing the warriors you are fighting."
But he was not a fool. He didn't stand still and wait, he moved to shove the Elven girl along, and then began to slowly circle Sirigoth - waiting.

Alexandra kept one arm wound around the covered book, standing defensively. Anything mortal would have thought twice to attack her, but this was not such the case. When Razgriz put himself between her and the demon lord she took another step back.
The priestess didn't wait for the dragon boy to touch her- she shifted plains, dropping from visible existence. From her perspective, everything had turned sepia. The best analogy she'd ever heard for this phenomena was to that of an onion. Every world is an onion- the outermost layer is the layer that normal people live on, going about their day. But unseen, underneath, were many other levels, plains of existence within the world. Some are thinner and are more visible to the layer outside of it. It was where Shades and ghosts came from- untouchable and invisible should they choose to be. And it was this that Alexandra chose.
The sky was clear; most all of the demons able had already marched on the mortal realm. With a powerful downward sweep of her wings, Alexandra launched into the air, clear of the castle about her. With another, she was making her way to the Void portal. The adrenaline burned in her veins, pushing her forward. A silent prayer went out to her comrades, a plea to the Gods to keep them alive long enough for her to get away. Hopefully they'd have enough sense at that point to flee. The castle shrank quickly behind her; she was almost to the Gate.

"You won't get the book Sirigoth. We won't let you destroy our world. You'll have to get through us before Ira falls to you or Zephius, and both of you have the same fatal flaw of underestimating the power that humans have," said Hiro and Tempest.
Their sword was draw, he knew that Arion and himself were probably out matched. Hiro knew only a small portion of Sirigoth's strength, but he also knew that he was capable of fighting Zephius alone, a feat that ended in Hiro's temporary trip to the other world. Still, there were no exploding portals to cast himself in this time. At least Arion is here... Sorta[/i[] thought the wolf and man to themselves.
The goal wasn't to win, but to buy time for Alex and Luvaran to deal with the book. It was a long shot, but if he could try and keep Sirigoth from attacking, maybe he could last long enough to get out of the Void alive...
"Let's go!" shouted the Shaman.
His sword rang through the air as he charged forward, his claw glowed and a Dragon blast flew from it straight at the Demon as Hiro took to the air to get behind the demon and thrust his sword at the base of the demons neck.

The Demon grinned, he did love a good fight. Watching the girl disappear he let her fall from his mind. The Warlock would deal with her. From the corner of his eye he watched the Dragon boy move slowly, keeping a mental note of him he laughed as Hiro's blast of energy dissipated, negated by the magic of one of his rings. With blinding speed fitting more of a God than a lowly mortal he parried the young boy's strike by moving his shield behind him. With his back covered he whirled around cutting sideways at the in air boy, aiming to slice him in half with his wicked speed and power. Still watching the cloaked dragon he grinned, his sharpened teeth gleaming in the darkness. "Your arrogance is nothing boy," he yelled, his cold voice tainted with a sinister laughter. "If you think you can play with the big boys be my guest. I can smell a coward like you from a mile away."
The Warlock watched from the shadows as the girl vanished. Taking one last look at the to boy's destined to die he allowed himself a small grin. Even though the war was all but brought to a standstill, he would at least have the satisfaction of knowing those two would die. Fading out of the realm of the Void the Warlock moved to the one place in Ira that was inhabited by the only one who knew how to destroy the book. And he was sure that was where she would end up. The Druid's keep.

Hiro and Tempest's claw caught the blade of the demon lord, but they were sent flying back, the impact itself had managed to fracture the wolfman's forearm. As far as brute strength and toughness were concerned he must have had the advantage of Zephius's speed and brutal combination of magic and weaponry. No wonder their fight had been a draw.
Still, there was no way his barrier could block everything, he had to keep fighting.
A torrent of knives flew from the Shaman's claw, followed by a burning wolf. The knives themselves would explode on impact and the wolf would follow up.
Forming a ball of energy with his hand the boy sprang towards the attack with the energy in front of him and sword at the ready.

The cloaked figure faded from the sight of the Demon Lord, using Hiro's attack as a distraction to quickly move and hide. His red eyes peered around a large pillar and he stared at Sirigoth's back, calculating. Moments later, he burst into a full run while Hiro charged Sirigoth with a ball of energy alight in his hands.
"You may control worms, and slaves, and demons, fool.. but you do not control fate!" roared Razgriz, lighting each of his hands with a different attack.
"Hellfire! Lightfire!" he whispered, conjuring a black ball of fire in his left hand and a crackling ball of static fire in his right. He threw the two attacks in opposite directions, putting some spin on them so that they curved and would potentially hit the Demon Lord in the sides. He continued his rear assault, spinning his halberd above him to prepare for the next attack.
"Burning Whirlwind!" he uttered as he charged the air with fire and encircled it into a blazing whirlwind.
"Dodge this!"
The swirling twister was thrust forward towards the Demon Lords back, and Razgriz sped himself into the attack. He ran inside the attack, awaiting his chance... as soon as he got close, he made a tremendous leap upwards, and attempted to clasp the back armor on the giant, and hold on.

The Demon Lord laughed heartily, his deep voice reverberating throughout the city. Flexing his powerful legs he propelled himself up high into the air, shooting upwards like an arrow. Moving fast he looked down at the pair, their forms now small, and their attacks looking like bright lights. Watching the flaming hurricane lurching towards him he laughed. Readying his sword and shield before him he charged through it, moving with blinding speed breaking easily through the torrent of flame. Diving toward the childish dragon beneath him he tapped into his magic reserves, pushing the speed and strength in his current form to its limit. Within a heartbeat he was behind the dragon, his sword jetting towards his spine. Looking just beyond the pathetic wretch before him he eyed the young chieftain.

Razgriz immediately followed suit when the Demon Lord took off into the air. After all, he was a Dragon - flight combat was his forte.
His choice to take off was an instinctive one... like a hunter stalking it's prey, leaving no room for escape. It was also probably what spared him the glorious death of being impaled through the back. The Demon Lord had apparently planned to crash through the whirlwind of flame and run Razgriz through from behind.
Had I not taken off, that would have been hard to parry and even harder to dodge..., Razgriz thought calmly. And then he smiled. His movement speed right now was not enough to keep up with Sirigoth's, but it left him a small grace... time-lapsed reaction. Time felt like it had slowed down, as Razgriz brought his scythe-like halberd up and pulsed with energy. Mere seconds had passed, yet right under his in-flight figure was the enormous blade of the Demon Lord, held tightly in a position that would have surely killed him had he not moved.
Sirigoth had used his speed to get close, but probably hadn't accounted for Razgriz to fly up, and now Razgriz was too far in to be hit by the shield or to be hit by upswinging the blade. The speed of Sirigoth's attack combined with the slowness of Razgriz's possible reaction left Razgriz hovering inches above the Demon Lords sword-hand when it had been thrust towards where Razgriz would have been. He blasted his wings hard downward and swung his halberd down.
Mid-swing, he yelled out, "Lionheart...Strike!" and his strength and speed multiplied. The halberd was swung with even more force and quicker, headed straight for the wrist and hand of Sirigoth. In a flurry of consecutive combination slices, Razgriz attacked.
He couldn't see through the flash of blinding light that the gem upon his forehead shone as he activated the attack, so he began to count out every swing. He hoped they hit correctly.
One, two, three... he counted, the halberd being spun and slashed in every direction. If nothing else, he was at least using the attack as a steel defense from the sheer degree of attacks.
Four...five, six, seven, eight, nine..., the scythe-like metal whirlwind, "Pride", flashed gloriously, the carved runes reflecting the light of the gem in every direction like a thousand prisms.
Ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen... fifteen, sixteen, seventeen, eighteen!! he finished the count, and kicked his wings hard upwards, putting all of his strength into the combos finishing shoulder charge. He aimed straight at the bottom of Sirigoth's jaw, swinging the halberd one last time upward as a countermeasure and to slice up into the Demon Lord's torso.
Am I going to make it...? What's Hiro doing? Aylin...... he thought as he finished the attack.
Time felt like it stopped for him, and he remembered Aylin's smile... and the wrath that hid within her. He smirked a little, and braced for impact.

Sirigoth had evaded Hiro and Tempests' attack, but they had counted on that. He saw Arion, who at this point judging by the sheer ferocity of his attacks and taunts seemed to be the violent entity of Razgriz, narrowly avoid being run through from behind and follow up on his own counter attack.
Seeing an opening Hiro put a little more energy behind the glowing blast in his hand and shot it upwards at the demon lord, it would expand in its explosion, starting from underneath Sirigoth and moving upwards and away from the beast. He would either have to try and out run the attack, which would be considerably more difficult due to Razgriz's onslaught, or move straight into the dragon's furious assault, unless he chose to take the hit.
"Can't underestimate him!" growled the wolf man as he launched the blast, knowing full well the toughness of his foe, a blast like that while enough to kill almost anyone else was still just a blast against the demon lord, no matter how well timed or aimed.
The wolf man inhaled and exhaled, even within the depths of the void there was life, and nature. Calling out to him. The portals to Ira delivered a message. Hope.
Nature's call pulsed inside the wolfman as the energy grew around them, forming a pair or large glowing wings, glimmering silver even in the darkness of Hell.
His eyes open, now glowing gold. His ears twitch, now looking more pointed. The silhouette of silver wolves dances across his aura and his sword shimmers.
Nature had called, The wolf and the man had answered.
(OOC: Yes, that is my class 3, I summoned it but out of fairness did not attack with it yet, however the class 2 dragonblast has had 2 turns to charge so as far as dragon blasts go, its still fairly powerful. That said I'm well aware of Sirigoth's ring, thus why the dragon blast needed to be so strong.)
